Using Prodigal resources
in your ministry

Thank you for your interest in using Prodigal resources. We’re glad to share what we’ve built with you, free of charge. This short agreement outlines how we’d like the materials to be used — so they continue to serve hurting families well wherever they go.
What you can do
We grant you a free, non-exclusive, revocable license to use Prodigal materials — including workbooks, curriculum, facilitator guides, worksheets, videos, and graphics (the “Materials”) — for your own ministry within the United States and Canada. Specifically, you may:
- Use the Materials in your classes, groups, gatherings, and ministry settings.
- Reproduce and distribute printed or digital copies to participants, at no cost to them.
- Adapt language or examples to fit your context, so long as the core content and intent are preserved.
What you cannot do
To protect the integrity of the Materials and the people they serve, please do not:
- Sell the Materials or charge participants a fee tied to receiving them.
- Rebrand the Materials as your own work, or remove the Prodigal name from items where it appears.
- Sublicense or transfer the Materials to another organization so they can run their own program. Please refer them to us instead.
- Substantially change the theology, framework, or intent of the Materials. Small contextual adaptations are fine; full rewrites are not.
- Use the Prodigal name or marks to imply endorsement or partnership beyond what this agreement grants.
Attribution & ownership
Where practical, please credit Prodigal as the source — for example: “Adapted from Prodigal, a ministry of Got Chaos LLC.”
Got Chaos LLC owns the Materials, including all copyrights, trademarks, and related intellectual property. This agreement gives you permission to use them; it does not transfer ownership. Any adaptations or derivative works you create from the Materials remain subject to this agreement.
Term, quality & liability
This agreement begins when you submit the form below and continues until either party ends it in writing. We may revoke access if the Materials are being used in a way that damages the ministry or violates this agreement.
You agree to use the Materials with care and integrity, in keeping with their original purpose. The Materials are provided “as-is” without warranties. Got Chaos LLC is not liable for outcomes resulting from your use of them. This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
Prodigal is a ministry rooted in historic Christian orthodoxy. By submitting the form below, you affirm that your ministry holds to the following core beliefs:
- The Bible — We believe the Bible is the inspired Word of God and the final authority in matters of faith and practice.
- The Trinity — We believe in one God, eternally existing in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
- Jesus Christ — We believe Jesus is fully God and fully man, that He lived a sinless life, died as a substitutionary sacrifice for sin, rose bodily from the dead, and is the only way to the Father.
- Salvation — We believe salvation is a gift of God received by grace through faith in Jesus Christ, apart from works.
- The Holy Spirit — We believe the Holy Spirit indwells believers, empowering them for life and ministry.
- The Church — We believe the Church is the body of Christ, called to make disciples, proclaim the gospel, and love one another.
